1.  Impact Coordinator

📍 Full time | Rumah SukkhaCitta Foundation

We’re looking for an Impact Coordinator to ensure the data behind our work are documented with accuracy. You will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Field Teams to track impact, manage grant reporting, and support financial documentation—helping sustain and grow the partnerships that make our mission possible.

Your Role

  • Collect and organize field data to measure our impact on women, soil health, and communities.
  • Work with the team to track grant budgets, expenses, and financial compliance.
  • Prepare donor reports, ensuring timely and accurate impact storytelling and financial accountability.
  • Support grant applications by compiling necessary documentation and insights.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluation efforts to strengthen Rumah SukkhaCitta Foundation’s impact framework.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

✔ Have 2+ years of experience in impact reporting, project coordination, or nonprofit finance.
✔ Are detail-oriented, with strong data management and bookkeeping skills.
✔ Love working with field teams and translating numbers into meaningful insights.
✔ Thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and care deeply about sustainability.
