ANGKASA - Knot Skirt
Inspired by the Balinese philosophy of Rwa Bhineda, the eternal balance of contrasting light (Pagi) and dark (Sore) is interpreted into this wearable heirloom. The Knot Skirt is crafted with luxurious Tencel and Silk Organza to add a dash of sheek to your everyday. A perfect addition to your mindful wardrobe.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Effortless. Comes with an adjustable front knot that flatters. An easy cheat to wearing a Kain!
- Real Batik Tulis. Each star is drawn by hand, not printed. Sustaining our heritage craft while ensuring women in rural areas can earn a living wage.
- Naturally dyed black. Colored without chemicals, your piece is dyed entirely with Indigo leaves. The black hue takes 27x dips. While the Porcelain white is the reverse process. What you see is white was fully covered in hot wax. Creating a subtle cracks that cannot be replicated by machines.
Model wears Size I. She is 168 cm.
STORY
