HAND-DRAWN AND NATURALLY DYED IN
JLAMPRANG VILLAGE

STORY

TANAH, or Earth in Indonesian, is a modern, minimal interpretation of the elements used in Rumah SukkhaCitta by Leonard Theosabrata.

Made from our signature silk-cotton blend, the material is light and luxurious with a subtle sheen. TANAH uses all-natural indigo dye that was reduced using Javanese brown sugar to achieve this light, calm shade of blue, making it the perfect accessory to brighten up any outfit.

What makes this collection special is the edges that feature a slow handroll stitch by the women of Jlamprang village, making each scarf truly one-of-a-kind.

Color and pattern variations may occur and are part of the charm of this handcrafted fabric. We love that one-of-a-kind-feel!
