Is your purchase not the right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. For all returns and exchanges, please contact us via email@example.com, stating your order number and why you would like to return/ exchange your item. We will be in touch within 48 hours and do our best to resolve the situation.
Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit for our online boutique. Shipping costs are not refundable. Furthermore, your items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same, unworn state in which you received them. So please don't send us pants that have tomato juice stains on them :)
Products that were bought on sale or during pop-up markets cannot be returned or refunded. If you bought your SukkhaCitta piece from The Goods Dept or another retail store carrying our brand, please contact them regarding their refund and exchange policies. We cannot exchange or offer refunds for products sold through our retail partners.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will inform you how you can access your store credit on our website. Please note that the store credit can only be used for our online store and not in other retail outlets or pop-up markets.
You can exchange your purchase for a different item within 14 days of receiving your order. For all exchanges, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and why you would like to exchange your item. We'll happily guide you through the steps.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we'd like to suggest customers from outside of Indonesia to refund your order for store credit before ordering a new item. As in the case of returns, please make sure to return the item(s) you'd like to exchange in their original packaging and state (unworn, unwashed).
Once your exchange/ refund process was approved, we will provide you with our shipping address in West Jakarta. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over US$ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
